Shipping

Currently, Forever Golden is only shipping within the US and is not shipping internationally. 

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday excluding weekends & holidays. We use USPS Priority Mail and ship orders 1 to 3 business days after an order has been placed. Shipping is free if you spend $75+. If you spend $75 and under, shipping is $7.95. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox after placing your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an additional email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can expect your package to arrive in 2-5 business days from the time your order has been shipped. 

Free shipping over $75+ does not apply when a sale or promotion is running. 

Returns

We want you to love your Forever Golden Jewelry just as much as we do! However, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date. If you decide to ship the items back to us, please email info@forevergoldenjewelry.com or call 305-610-7314 to start the exchange/return process. We will need your name, order number, and reason for return. Items returned must have no evidence of wear and in original condition.

Forever Golden does not cover the cost to ship items back for a return/exchange. When shipping your items, we recommend you use a service that includes a tracking number. We also recommend you ship using secure packaging to avoid damage. Forever Golden is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
